Meet the Principal

Principal Rob Malling

My name is Rob Malling and this is my third year as Ralston's school leader. I have served as an elementary school principal for 12 years and a classroom teacher before that. I live in Golden and I love the outdoors; fly fishing, mountain biking, snowboarding and rafting are my favorite ways to spend time with friends and family. 

I'm a proud father of three young men who all attend Jeffco Schools. I lead by my core values of positivity, effectiveness, equity, dependability and communication. My goal is to create a positive school experience for every student. I'm excited to observe our “mountaineers” climb high academically and grow year after year.
