The Jefferson County Public Schools Conduct Code outlines your rights and responsibilities. Our policies and procedures create the most beneficial, positive experiences when we have cooperation from families.

This year, the Conduct Code is being distributed electronically only and can be accessed online. It is your, and your student’s, responsibility to become familiar with the contents of the Conduct Code. If you do not have access to the internet at home, you can access the Conduct Code at school by contacting the main office. 

The school will also do instruction and training with your students concerning the Conduct Code to ensure that they are aware of the contents of the Conduct Code and understand their rights and responsibilities.
